Please note that KYDS now allocates its seats in advance. You will be able to choose your seats when you book. A limited number of tickets may be available to purchase at the performance on the door, however we would recommend booking in advance wherever possible.
Refunds and exchanges
Unfortunately, KYDS cannot refund tickets once sold. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance by calling the Box Office, however, this is subject to availability.

I have an access requirement, who do I speak to?
KYDS is committed to ensuring its performances are accessible to all. If you have an access requirement, please call our Box Office on 01621 710050 so that we can help you with your visit.
For visitors with visual or auditory impairments, we have a limited number of access seats available close to the stage. Please note these are limited to one visitor plus one carer or companion. If you are attending as part of a family group, it may be necessary for you and a companion to sit separately from the other members of your group.
Unfortunately, we have a limited number of access seats available, so please ensure that you contact us as early as possible. Please note that access seats may not necessarily be in the front row.
Where is my ticket?
KYDS no longer issues physical tickets. Instead, you will receive an e-ticket, which you should show to the Front of House team on arrival. It is not necessary to print this.
If you do not have internet access, our Box Office Team will advise you how you will receive your e-ticket.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
KYDS is pleased to sell tickets on the door, subject to availability. Please note that for Health and Safety reasons, each performance has a maximum visitor capacity which cannot be exceeded. As tickets are allocated in advance, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to choose your preferred seat at the door. Therefore, we advise booking in advance wherever possible.
If you have not purchased a ticket on the day of a performance, please do call the Box Office Team on 01621 710050 who will advise you of remaining availability.
Is there an additional charge for booking online?
No – this cost is absorbed by KYDS. Tickets cost the same online as they would if you purchased them in cash on the door.
How can I purchase tickets offline?
KYDS would advise visitors to book using its secure online system wherever possible. This is safe and convenient and will allow you to choose your seats at the time of booking.
Visitors without online access or otherwise unable to purchase tickets online should contact the Box Office on 01621 710050 who will be able to make alternative arrangements with you.
