KYDS is a Youth Drama Society, based in Tiptree in Essex. Founded in March 2009, KYDS has continued to grow and develop and to date we have put on numerous succesful productions, which you can view on our shows page.

Aims
The aims of the society, as stated in the Constituion are as follows:

• to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts;
• to build member's skills in areas of communication, confidence, teamwork and creativity;
• to educate members in various drama and theatre based skills;
• to offer easy access to the arts for the local community.

Affiliations
KYDS Youth Drama Society is affiliated to the National Operatic and Dramatic Society and is a member of  North Essex Theatre Guild.
